It depends on what you're writing about. I would usually go to books and GALILEO first. If it's a scholarly-type paper, I'd go to GALILEO and search for peer-reviewed articles. If it is a paper about something pop-culture related, I might go to the internet to look for reputable sources about it (like gaming, or current movies, or something like that...).
