Q. What is the difference between a Header and a Running Head for a paper in Nursing Handbook-APA format?
I am writing an assignment using a journal article. We are instructed to use the Nursing Handbook for APA guidelines. It states that we are to have a header to include page number in the upper right margin and 3 words max from the tile of our paper 5 spaces prior to the page number, on every page. The instructions go further to state that the title page is to be centered and double-spaced except for the running head. If we have a header with up to 3 words of the title, then what is the Running head supposed to be?
