Q. I'm trying to open a Word file from my e-mail but I keep getting an error.

In our experience, this sometimes happens with .docx files. Try saving the fileas a .doc instead and it should open. If you still can't open your file, come and see us at the desk if you're on campus or call/text/IM us. :D
