Most of the time this type of problem is caused by a large file size - many e-mail systems just can't take PPT's with all of their pictures and animations. You have a couple of different option to get around this issue. 1) Try saving your PPT to a flash drive instead. 2) Alternately, you could also try to upload your PPT to Vista since Vista accepts large files as well.
