The GHC Archives is a comprehensive database that includes all kinds of college documents, catalogs, photographs, press releases, and thousands of other items telling the story of Georgia Highlands College, from its inception back in 1970 (as Floyd Junior College) all the way up to the present.  Most of these items are kept in a special research room in the Floyd Campus Library, and they do not circulate, or leave this room.  Students and faculty may arrange, by special appointment, to visit the room for research purposes only by contacting Assistant Librarian, Maggie Murphy, at mmurphy@highlands.edu, or calling her direct line at 706-368-7731.  You can peruse the collection's holdings by going to the GHC Archives.
