We do allow GHC students, faculty, and staff to request books for which we own an electronic copy. The same policy applies to Google Books. After all, some library users may not have adequate internet access from home and may require a hard copy of the book. In addition, not all Google Books titles are full text.

At GHC, students, faculty, and staff can request books from other University System of Georgia (USG) libraries through the GIL Express service. If a particular book isn't available in USG libraries, then students have the option of using Interlibrary Loan to request books from public libraries and from libraries outside of the state.
